デンマーク出身のシンガーソングライター Marie Fjeldstedが、9/13にCelebration Recordsからリリースしたニューシングル 'The Deeper the Dark'を公開！
以前は Penny Police名義で活動していた人で、2022年に本名で活動を始め、翌年にデビューアルバム『Keep It Alive』を発表。中でも収録曲 'Let Heal What'は、デンマークのラジオ局 DR P6で最も頻繁に再生されたトラックの1つになるなど、わずか2年の間に注目の存在となってます。
共同作曲・プロデュースは Linus Klestrup Larsen (Paper Tigers, The Oceans)。
“I've had sky-high ambitions with this song, and it's actually taken quite a few years to fully accomplish it. It is written for my dear friend, who is a complex and fascinating person, and the song had to be just as special as her. We are like night and day, and The Deeper the Dark puts music to the greatness of feeling seen by someone who is so different from yourself,”
