Two Headed Horse、'See For Miles (Bounder's Motif)'を公開

イングランド/ロンドン拠点のインディーフォークバンド Two Headed Horseが、10/9にリリースしたデビューシングル 'See For Miles (Bounder's Motif)'を公開！

Two Headed Horseは James Gable, Tristan Gable, Gary Hanratty, Leigh Bainesの4人組。2022年頃から活動を始めたニューカマーです。

生々しい音の質感と、メロディに奥行きを与えるような声の揺れ方が素晴らしい。

デビューEPのレコーディングは、Mark Gardener (Ride)プロデュースのもと、彼がオーナーを務めるスタジオ Ox4 Soundで既に完了しているとのこと。楽しみですね。

“The songs plays on a musical motif that encapsulated a difficult time in the songwriter's life. It is heard often in the piece but the ground beneath is always shifting. Relationships with family, memories and places are reflected upon until finally the recurring musical theme is embraced by way of vocalisation.”

この曲は、ソングライターの人生における困難な時期を凝縮した音楽的モチーフで演奏されている。それは曲の中でたびたび耳にするが、その根底にあるものは常に揺れ動いている。家族との関係、思い出、場所などが振り返られ、最終的に繰り返し歌われる音楽的テーマがヴォーカリゼーションによって受け入れられる。
