スウェーデン/ストックホルム拠点のドリームポップバンド Tussilagoが、5/8にVillaからリリースしたニューシングル 'Time Moves'を公開！
Tussilagoは Jesper Hättander, Pierre Riddez, Rickard Renström, Samuel Lundinの4人組で、共同作曲・プロデュースで Petter Winnberg (Amason, Amanda Bergman)が参加してます。
2013年のデビュー以来、Lykke Li, Amasonとのツアーや Way Out West, by:Larmなどのフェスに出演してます。
'Time Moves'は近日発売予定のニューアルバム『Saltmätargatan』収録曲。
5年振りのフルレングスに向けて動き始めたバンド。サイケのエグみを濾して透明な陶酔感だけ抽出した雰囲気と、中盤以降の演奏が好き。
“The instrumental parts of Time Moves came together like puzzle pieces over several years. The foundation of the track actually predates Sense of Me, but it’s been marinated, rearranged and reshaped until it found its final form. The only thing missing was a melody – and that’s where our beautiful and unpretentious collaboration with Petter Winnberg really came to life. One late night in the studio, Petter entered a zone of total focus, moving between vocal booths and the mixing desk – and then suddenly said, ‘What about something like this?’ That moment gave us the vocal melody and lyrics you hear today.”
