カリフォルニア州ロサンゼルス拠点のサイケデリックロックバンド Strawflowerが、3/15にBurned Blue Recordsからリリースしたニューシングル 'Haunting of the Hollywood Hills'のMVを公開！
ディレクターは Madi Stine。
Strawflowerは Gray Whisnant, Ryan Albaughの2人組。
近日発売予定のデビューアルバム『Greetings from the Stardust Motel』収録曲。
FNTNのメンバーが新たに始めたバンド。元々持ってたサーフ要素から少し離れてサイケ色が濃くなった印象で、音楽的には Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Brian Jonestown Massacre, The Grateful Dead, Sonic Youthを参考にしているとのこと。
“We recorded it (along with the rest of the album) in Michael Rault's home studio in Landers, CA near Joshua Tree in 110 degree heat. Imagine us sweating bullets with no air conditioning and you'll get a picture of the vibe in the studio. In spite of (or because of) that, it's got some great noisy/skronky guitar parts and a hypnotic groove with locked in bass and drums.”
