スイス/バーデン拠点のインディーポップアーティスト New Polaritiesが、2/2にリリースしたニューシングル 'Happy/Sad'を公開！
New Polaritiesは Roger Molnarによるソロプロジェクトで、2015年にデビューEP『Narcissus』、2021年にデビューアルバム『Œ』を発表。
今回の参加メンバーは Tobias Suter, Djamal Moumène, Marcel Suk。
うっすらサイケデリックなベッドルームポップ。春がもう少し近づいてきたら散歩しながら聞きたい心地よさがあります。
“We're feeling "Happy/Sad". In this love story, artificial blue light illuminates our faces in an alleged connection with the world. Our gaze is directed towards an outside world that presents us the promise of infinite possibilities that are also overburdening. A quick swipe gets us to hidden places. We find this and that. And we're taking it all.”
私たちは "幸せ／悲しい"を感じている。このラブストーリーでは、人工的な青い光が私たちの顔を照らし、世界とのつながりを主張する。私たちの視線は外界に向けられ、無限の可能性を期待させるが、それは同時に過度な負担でもある。素早くスワイプすれば、隠れた場所にたどり着く。あれもこれも見つける。そして私たちはそれをすべて手に入れる。
