ノルウェー/オスロ拠点のシンガーソングライター Siv Jakobsenが、11/17にThe Nordic Mellowからリリースしたニューシングル 'Sun, Moon, Stars'を公開！
ノルウェー/モルデ出身のシンガーソングライター Ane Brunを迎えた'Sun, Moon, Stars'は、1/20発売のニューアルバム『Gardening』収録曲。
16際のときに高校の発表会でAne Brunの'Rubber & Soul'を歌い、22歳のときにボストンのライブ会場で出待ちをして、いつしか友人になり...という時の流れのなかで、彼女にとって待望のコラボレーションとなった楽曲。前回の'Romain's Place'も良かったのにそれを超えてくる荘厳さ。
“Sun, Moon, Stars was written in November, a good few years ago. I remember humming the melody and working out the lyrics whilst out walking on a particularly dreary, dark and wet evening. Inspired by my least favourite month of the year and the heaviness I tend to feel during it, as well as the beauty and hope I’ve found in a companion that has the ability to pull me out of the dreariest corner of my mind, even during the darkest month of the year.” - Siv Jakobsen
