オハイオ州クリーブランド拠点のオルタナティヴバンド Mourning [A] Blkstarが、5/16にDon Giovanni Recordsからリリースするニューアルバム『Flowers For The Living』より、先行シングル 'Letter To A Nervous System'のMVを公開！

実験音楽家 Lonnie Holleyとツアーし、彼のバックバンドを務め、ライブでの即興演奏にも参加してきた経験が反映されているように感じさせるアルバムのオープニングトラック。

“The visual explores the budding connection between the characters Saturn and the young Bruja Hekate. With a focus on how acts of service and sharing intimate space deepen connection, soften boundaries as well as build spiritual worlds that are hard to replicate. With the song, the softness and vulnerability take center stage as we’re able to see two people of different disciplines come together in shared spiritual action.”

このビジュアルは、キャラクターであるサターンと若きBruja Hekateの間に芽生える絆を描いています。奉仕の行為や親密な空間の共有が、どのようにして関係を深め、境界を和らげ、再現困難な精神的世界を築くかに焦点を当てています。楽曲とともに、その柔らかさや脆さが際立ち、異なる分野に属する二人が精神的な行為を共有することで、ひとつになる姿が浮かび上がります。
