Daisy Duke、'What's Your Name'を公開

デンマーク拠点のフォークロックバンド Daisy Dukeが、5/28にTangleville Recordsからリリースしたニューシングル 'What's Your Name'を公開！

Daisy Dukeはシンガーソングライター Kaare Bjerkeを中心に結成されたバンドで、2025年にデビューEP『The Boy Inside』を発表。

デンマーク産アメリカーナ。たっぷり尺を取った前半からアンサンブルが始まるときのワクワク感、トロンボーンやサックスが絡み合って壮大に広がっていく後半の流れが美しい。

演奏に Mads Nørgaard, Malte Svale, Emil Mossing Thorenfeldt, Mikkel Vig Aagaard, Simon Sommer, Roald Højmann Elm-Larsen, Mathias Harbeckが参加し、ミックス・マスタリングは Emil Mossing Thorenfeldt, Kaare Bjerkeが担当。

“We want the music to help create a sense of hope and renewed energy. We want the songs to become a place where people can find strength in vulnerability and learn to see life through new eyes. Even though the themes may seem heavy, the music is filled with optimism. It’s about finding light when life feels dark — about believing that you can grow and flourish, even when life feels difficult.”
