Babé Sila、'Come Back'を公開

ハンガリー出身で現在はロンドンを拠点に活動するネオソウルアーティスト Babé Silaが、6/20にからリリースしたEP『I Told The Sun About You』より、'Come Back'を公開！

共同作曲・プロデュースは Rosé (Jevon, Dreyá Mac, Rheez), Astrovim (Theodora, Luidji, Karmen), Cole YoursTruly. (J Hus, Drake, Blxst, FLO)。

先月の先行シングル 'Found'が良かったので楽しみにしてた作品で、クレジットを見ると良いのも納得の布陣でした。

“I call this the delulu track of the EP. When the pain of the break-up was really intense I caught myself coming up with mind-hacks to ease it and one of these were "he's not really gone if I see him in everything. if everything around me reminds me of him, he is still here"...but by the end of the chorus the whole feeling turns into an ask: "please come back to me" and prayers of actually having him back in my life, not just in memory form.”

この曲は、EPの中でも“デリュル（妄想的な）トラック”と呼んでいます。別れの痛みが本当に強かったとき、自分の気持ちを少しでも和らげようとして、無意識に心の中で考え方をすり替えていたんです。そのひとつが「彼がすべてに見えるなら、彼は本当にはいなくなっていない。周りのすべてが彼を思い出させるなら、彼はまだここにいる」というもの。でも、サビの終わりにはその感情が「お願い、戻ってきて」と変わっていって、記憶の中だけじゃなくて、本当に彼がまた自分の人生に戻ってきてほしいという祈りに変わるんです。
