ニューヨーク拠点のインディーフォークアーティスト Isaac Stallingが、5/6にリリースしたEP『Roastin'』より、'Song for a Theoretical Child'のビジュアライザーを公開！

Isaac Stallingはインディアナ州マンスター出身のシンガーソングライター・ギタリスト。
詩と言語学の教授である父と、マルチメディア・ビジュアルアーティストである母のもとで育ち、高校時代にはアメリカーナやゴスペルのサイドミュージシャンとして全米ツアーに参加。
ニューヨークに移ってからはソロアーティスト・プロデューサーとして活動を始め、6月来日の Daniel Caesarや、Renny Conti, Ramsey Thornton, Olivia Bartonの作品に参加してます。
““Song for a Theoretical Child” was written about 5 minutes after my friend sent me a video of this dad and his kid walking through the woods saying that I looked just like the dad in the video. It was an entirely innocent and unassuming thing to send to a friend but it sent me into quite the intense state of both panic and heartfelt sadness since I am someone who remains unsure if I want kids given how unstable our world is. I instantly picked up my guitar and wrote this tune with the concept of writing a song for a kid that I don’t have.”
