ジョージア州アトランタ拠点のインディーロックアーティスト Zoe Bayaniが、4/25にCage Riotからリリースしたニューシングル 'Lamb'を公開！
演奏に Santi Cabeza, Colton Clements, James Koppが参加し、プロデュースは Tomas Uribe (Soccer Mommy, Bad Suns, The Strumbellas)、マスタリングは Joe Lambert (Faye Webster)が担当。
ヘントの祭壇画にインスピレーションを得たというポスト・グランジ。
“I made myself completely vulnerable writing this song, in order to make it reminiscent of a time in my life where I felt completely vulnerable to the person it’s about,” “I’m sick of feeling like I’m too much, and I think it’s beautiful to love hard. I can’t paint my emotions onto the walls of a cathedral, so I figured putting them into this dramatic ballad would be the next best thing.”
この曲を書くとき、私は自分自身を完全にさらけ出しました。そうすることで、この曲の相手に対して自分が完全に無防備だったあの頃の感情を思い起こさせたかったんです。重すぎるって思われることにうんざりしています。でも、全力で愛することは美しいことだと思うんです。感情を大聖堂の壁に描くことはできないけれど、このドラマチックなバラードに込めるのが次にできる最善のことだと思いました。
