“Break Something is my personal favourite track on the album, and it's the most ambitious the band have gone in terms of scale before trying to make a 'big' sounding song and a 'big' sounding record. It was written as a reminder to myself (and anyone else who needs to hear it) that it's all well and good having strong opinions and values, but it's standing by them and backing them up that's important especially in moments where it's uncomfortable to do so.” - Nick Tompkins
