Ways of Seeing、'Idolise'を公開

アイルランド/コーク出身のインディーロックバンド Ways of Seeingが、3/26にJoyful Hour Recordsからリリースしたニューシングル 'Idolise'を公開！

Ways of Seeingは、のちに Talos名義で活躍するミュージシャン Eoin Frenchと共にインディーバンド Hush War Cryとして活動していたメンバーを含む4人組。

2022年にデビューアルバム『End Comes To Light』を発表。ヘッドラインショーを何度も完売させ、The Frank and Waltersのオープニングアクトを務めてます。

'Idolise'は近日発売予定のニューアルバム収録曲。

プロデュースは Christian Best (Susan O’Neill, Mick Flannery, O Emperor)、ミックスは Daniel Fox (Gilla Band)が担当。

陰りのある雰囲気と表現力豊かな歌を疾走感でまとめるパフォーマンスの妙。かっこいいです。

“This song explores the dangers of idolisation in a relationship or any other realm of society for that matter. It has the potential to lead to a loss of identity, a power imbalance and the hindrance of growth. Putting anyone on a pedestal means there is a good chance that you might miss the red flags attached which can lead to an unravelling into chaos and destruction. Sometimes only seeing the good in something or someone can tear you apart more than acknowledging and tackling the messy parts of life.”
