ニュージーランド/オークランド拠点のシンガーソングライター・マルチインストゥルメンタリスト Paige Taparaによる名義 Paigeが、9/12にリリースしたニューシングル 'tragedy'のリリックビデオを公開！
近日発売予定のEP『Paigesspace』収録曲で、共同作曲は Glenn Hopper, Jaylee Kwan。
9/19には同曲のライブバージョンをリリースするとのこと。
“This song is about holding on through a one-sided relationship when you feel the other person letting go. Although there’s so many reasons to leave, you’d rather put up with the bad stuff and keep them in your life than be without them.”
この曲は、相手が手を離そうとしているのを感じながらも、一方的な関係にしがみつくことについて歌っています。離れる理由はいくらでもあるのに、それでもいないよりは悪いことに耐えてでも一緒にいたいと思うのです。
