イングランド/ブリストル拠点のドリームポップ・トリップホップバンド Oslo Twinsが、4/6にFascination Street Recordsからリリースしたニューシングル 'Breath'のMVを公開！
制作は Max Mason。
Oslo Twinsは Claudia Vulliamy, Eric Davies, Ed Lyness, Will Snelling , Luke Brownの5人組。
2019年に結成し、これまでに The Comet Is Coming, Folly Group, Do Nothing, The Last Dinner Party, Honeyglazeと共演してます。
今回のシングルからプロデューサー Ali Chant (Yard Act, Perfume Genius, Aldous Harding)が新たに設立したレーベル Fascination Streetと契約し、年内後半にデビューEPを発売予定です。
同郷のバンド仲間 Harry Furniss (Bingo Fury), Tom Connolly (Quade)がコルネットとバイオリンで参加。
イントロを聴いた瞬間に好きになったバンド。軽すぎず、重すぎない。鉄とか鉛じゃなくて、毛布やコートみたいなちょうどいい重み。かっこいいなー。

“Breath is an attempt to embody how unrequited love feels. I wrote it after having a panic attack, so it’s about that as well - an expression of panic in the style of a love song. There’s a sort of dry irony about it.” - Eric Davies
'Breath'は片思いの気持ちを体現しようとしたものです。パニック発作を起こした後に書いたので、パニックをラブソングのスタイルで表現したものでもあります。ある種の乾いた皮肉が込められています。 - Eric Davies
