年内発売予定のデビューEP収録曲。
どことなくブリットポップ風味の懐かしさがある昨年結成の若いニューカマー。最後のテンポが変わるところが好きです。

As you do this, you become more at ease with the things life throws at you and you can accept any challenges for what they are. Simply stated, you’re able to carry on – just as the title suggests.”
この曲は、人生における困難を乗り越え、その原因を探るという普遍的な経験を歌っている。そうすることで、人生が投げかける困難に心を安らげ、どんな困難もありのままに受け入れることができるようになる。つまり、タイトルが示唆するように、前に進むことができるということだ。
