ベルギー/ヘント拠点のインディーポップバンド momoyoが、1/9にWellington Recordsからリリースしたニューシングル 'To fix a heart with words'を公開！
momoyoは Esther Coorevits, Jonas Bruyneel, Frie Mechele, Renaud Debruyne, Sven Sabbeの5人組。
Tourist LeMC, Jan Verstraeten, Vincent Coomans, Philemon, Mirek Coutigny, Galineなどの作品やライブで演奏してきた面々により結成。2020年にデビューEP、2022年にデビューアルバム『Gaps in Time』をリリースし、ベルギー・オランダ・イギリスをツアー。
'To fix a heart with words'は1/30発売のニューアルバム『Home Is Just a State of Mind』収録曲。
20代から30代にかけての激動の時代を振り返るというテーマのアルバムで、この曲は以下の引用で話してる内容の通り。歌い上げずに歌に説得力があって素晴らしいです。
