Lia Braswell、'If Not for the Chaos'を公開

カリフォルニア州ロサンゼルス拠点のエレクトロポップアーティスト Lia Braswellが、8/12にWaxwork Recordsからリリースしたニューシングル 'If Not for the Chaos'を公開！

Lia Braswellはドラマーとして活躍してきた人物で、Chelsea Wolfe, TR/ST, A Place To Bury Strangers, Sextileなど数々のバンド・アーティストを支えてきたキャリアを誇ります。

ソロアーティストとしては2025年にデビューアルバム『Rising』を発表。

9月から12月まで Chelsea Wolfeのツアー43本に同行し、冬には She Wants Revengeのサポートを控えており、大忙しというか過酷なスケジュールのなかでも、しっかりソロとしてのキャリアも刻んでいく姿勢がかっこいいです。

“'If Not for the Chaos' is a continuation of blending emotion with intent. It’s another song that brings my heart to the forefront by evoking the spontaneity of connection while touring. It was written and recorded with Keir Schmidt during the process of releasing Rising which is why it feels aligned with the process of moving forward in sharing my solo music amidst all of the other endeavors I’ve got going on.”

'If Not for the Chaos'は、感情と意図を融合させるという試みの延長線上にある曲です。ツアー中に生まれる人とのつながりの自発的な感覚を呼び起こし、私の心を前面に押し出した一曲と言えます。『Rising』のリリース準備中にKeir Schmidtと共に制作・録音されたため、他の多くの活動と並行しながらソロアーティストとして前進していくプロセスと、この曲の持つ雰囲気が重なって感じられます。
