カナダ/バーリントン拠点のシンガーソングライター Dover Lynn Foxが、2/23にHonorary Human Musicからリリースしたニューシングル 'Phantom Lover'を公開！
近日発売予定のEP『Low Moon』収録曲。
60年代から70年代の音楽に影響を受けていて、特に Linda Ronstadt, Stevie Nicks, Neil Diamondが好きとのこと。
““Phantom Lover” is steeped in folklore, myth and tall-tales. It was written during a time of change, and at the end of a significant relationship. It draws from a variety of voices; those real and those imagined, from both past and present. These voices are messengers, calling and stirring you to persevere, embrace your dreams and your identity in the face of adversity and change.”
'Phantom Lover'は、民話、神話、昔話に彩られている。この作品は、ある重要な関係が終わり、変化の時期に書かれた。現実の声、想像上の声、過去と現在のさまざまな声が使われている。これらの声はメッセンジャーであり、逆境や変化に直面しても、耐え忍び、夢や自分らしさを受け入れるよう呼びかけ、かき立ててくれる。
