Cosmic Strip、'Another Day'を公開

イングランド/ロンドン拠点のシューゲイズ・ドリームポップアーティスト Cosmic Stripが、11/29にリリースしたニューシングル 'Another Day'を公開！

Cosmic Stripは Camella Agabalyanによるソロプロジェクト。2015年に活動を始め、2018年にデビューEP『Heavenly』を発表。これまでに Wilderness, The Great Escape, Bluedot, Kendal Calling, Manchester Psych Festなどのフェスに出演してます。

久しぶりのシングル。Slowdive, Alvvays, Beach House路線のど真ん中の良い曲ですね。

“The track is a celebration of the friendships I had living Hastings. It remembers the good times, reflects on how people inevitably drift apart, and mourns those that we have lost along the way. The lyrics are me imagining what it would be like if I were no longer around, and about the memories that I hope we can hold onto.”

この曲は、私がヘイスティングスで過ごした友情を祝う曲だ。この曲は、楽しかった日々を思い起こし、人はどうしても離れ離れになってしまうということを振り返り、途中で失った人たちを悼んでいる。歌詞は、もし自分がいなくなったらどうなるかを想像し、思い出を持ち続けられるようにと願っている。
