イングランド/サウスロンドン拠点のマルチインストゥルメンタリスト・プロデューサー Conor Albertが、10/7にYoung Poetからリリースしたニューシングル 'I Think You Should Know'を公開！
来春に Young Poet, Ninja Tuneからリリースする『Collage 2』収録曲。Mac Ayersとの'Moonlight'に続いて、今回はギタリスト・シンガー Maya Delilahとの共作です。楽曲には Carmody, Matilda Mannも参加。爽やかな失恋ソング。
Instagramで毎回最高のセッションを見せてくれる彼なのでコロナ禍であってもファンは増える一方だったわけですが、短いスパンで出す楽曲も毎回素敵で大好き。下の動画の感じで、Priya Ragu, Disclosure, Tom Misch, Zak Abel, Reuben Jamesとかとコラボしてて楽しいので要チェックです。
“The song is about how both me and Maya had gone through breakups at roughly the same time last year, and as soon as the breakup happened our lives really changed for the better. The song also touches on some of the feelings you’re bound to feel post breakup, like secretly being happy that the other person isn’t doing as well as you are! Maya is the queen of breakup songs at the moment so I’m glad I could share the sentiment with her for one of my songs.” - Conor Albert
