イングランド北東部拠点のインディーフォークデュオ before closeが、8/28にWipe Out Musicからリリースしたニューシングル 'roisin feat. Amelia Coburn'を公開！
before closeはソングライター Jodie Nicholson (soft centre), Joe Ramseyによるコラボレーションプロジェクト。
今回は同じく北東部にある街 ティーサイド出身のシンガーソングライター Amelia Coburnが参加。
今年初めにこの曲のデモを耳にした George Ezraが気に入ったことから、彼のスタジオ Hotel Quebec Studiosに招かれ、プロデューサー Liam Thorne（Billie Marten, Jack Savoretti）とともにレコーディングしたとのこと。
親密な雰囲気のミニマルな音数と三声の美しいハーモニー。これで充分だし、ちょうど今朝のような月の変わり目と涼しさに合う(この先あと数回灼熱の日が来るとしても)。
名前ど忘れしたからあとで追記というか編集するけど、房総半島の真ん中を走る列車に乗ったときに見た、黄金色に輝きながら揺れるすすきの景色を思い出しました。
