ニューヨーク拠点のアーティスト B.Milesが、10/13にMoon Crawl Recordsからリリースしたニューシングル 'One Trick Pony'を公開！
Spotifyで2,500万回以上のストリームを誇り、Netflix配信ドラマ『ケーブル・ガールズ』の主題歌に選ばれたシングル 'Salt'で一躍時の人となったB.Milesの2年振りの新曲。
作詞作曲・プロデュースには前述の'Salt'も手掛けた長年のパートナー Eric Nizgretsky (Loose Buttons)が参加してます。
“'One Trick Pony' is my reflection of an early brush with online acclaim, and the impact that kind of fleeting adoration has on your self-esteem. I wanted to get real about the fixation on chasing that high, the downfalls that come with it, and the frustration of feeling like your 'best' may be behind you...no matter how hard you try. In opening up about that, I'm working to shed a past version of myself - unfair expectations and all - and figure out what truly makes me happy.”
