Beans、'My Room'を公開

オーストラリア/ジーロング・メルボルン拠点、The Murlocsのドラマー Matt Blachを中心に結成されたサイケデリックポップバンド Beansが、7/1にFuzz Clubからリリースしたニューシングル 'My Room'を公開！

9/11発売のニューアルバム『Less Louder』収録曲。

「日曜の午後にぴったりの、至福感に満ちたハーモニー主導のレコード」と本人が語っているとおり、ほっこりしたのどかな良い曲ですね。

“My Room is a track broadly about feeling content. The canvas toward the entire thing is for someone (myself at the time) to feel at ease. To know or feel true comfort. Chase things to make you feel grounded. Knowing to be happy to spend time at home alone and enjoy all the simple beauty to life. Happy to not feel as if there is something missing. To be able to channel and manage their own thoughts without over thinking them, putting ones mind at ease with a 'ciggie and a cup of tea'”

'My Room'は満たされた気持ちについての曲です。全体を通して伝えたかったのは、心が穏やかであること。本当の心地よさを知ること。地に足がつくことを追い求めること。一人で家にいる時間を幸せだと思えて、人生のシンプルな美しさを楽しめること。何かが足りないなんて感じなくていいということ。自分の考えをうまくコントロールして、考えすぎずに、「タバコと一杯の紅茶」で心を落ち着かせられるということ。
