オーストリア拠点のインディーロックバンド The New Mourningが、9/4にNoise Appeal Recordsからリリースしたニューシングル 'Again And Again'を公開！
The New Mourningは Thomas Pronai, Georg Allacher, Michi Rieder, Gerald Allacherの4人組。
Bo Candy & His Broken Heartsなど数多くのバンドで活躍し、現在はレコーディングやライブのエンジニアとしても活動している Thomas Pronai率いるバンド。
彼が Pete Astor (The Weather Prophets, The Loft)のバンドでドイツツアーを行っていた際に誕生したそうで、その当時は James Hoare (Veronica Falls, The Proper Ornaments), Rose Keeler-Schäffeler (Keel Her, Tim Burgess)が参加していたとのこと。
'Again And Again'は、来年2月発売予定のニューアルバム『We are the parents of the digital natives』収録曲。
サイケな反復が良いし、ベースはBass VIなので実質ギター3本みたいな重層的な鳴り方をしてるのが渋い。
