5/8発売のニューアルバム『The Noon And Midnight Manual』収録曲。これがめっちゃ楽しみなんですよー。
彼らにしてはかなり大胆なアレンジが中盤以降に来るので必聴です。
“The creation of Sleepers Two felt like a small act of providence. We hadn't actually finished writing it when we went in to record, and it seemed as if we'd never be able to balance the juxtaposition of folk-rock whimsy and spaghetti-western riffs. We had half-written the bones of both parts of the track but couldn't quite marry them together. With some dogged persistence, I eventually hashed out the rhythm guitar over a few hours and everything, the rolling bass lines and the layers of slide guitar, just came suddenly together.” - Dan Anthony
