まだ日本でのリリース情報はないですが、彼が皿洗いの仕事をしていたバーに偶然やってきたThe KillersのDavid Keuningによって見出された、というナイスな物語があります。
こちらは楽曲についての本人コメント。
"this song was written after a long walk home from the bar a little after two in the morning. A lost dog followed me for a couple blocks and I sang to him. He got sick of me after a while, though, and took off. So the song's about that, my friend Jeremy and a couple other things."
