南アフリカ/ケープタウン出身のインディーポップバンド The World of Birdsが、10/23にKuduKudu RecordsからリリースするEP『Before the Sun Comes Up』より、先行シングル 'Somebody To You'を公開！
The World of Birdsは Nicholas Preen (Al Bairre), Conor Paul McCarthy (Cute Couple), Benjamin Samuel McCarthy (Oracles)の3人組で、自身の音楽をLaissez-Faire Popと称してます。
Al Bairreはキャッチーなメロディとアッパーなパフォーマンスで好きなバンドだったので、次のキャリアでもこんな気持ちの良い音楽をやってたことを知れて嬉しかったです。
