ニューヨーク出身のエレクトロニック・ポストパンクバンド The Wantsが、4/9にSTTTからリリースしたニューシングル '87 Gas'のMVを公開！

6/13発売のニューアルバム『Bastard』収録曲。

The Wantsは Madison Velding-VanDam, Jason Gates, Yasmeen Night (NightNight)の3人組。

2017年に結成し、2020年にデビューアルバム『Container』を発表。このアルバム、3/13発売で思いっきりパンデミックと被っちゃって色んな話題の中に埋もれた印象があるけど、バンドが掲げる"No Wave / No pop techno punk"を知るのに最適な作品なんで今からでもぜひチェックを。
