イングランド/ブライトン拠点のアヴァン・フォークバンド The New Evesが、7/18にSlow Dance Recordings・Broadside Hacksからリリースしたデビューシングル『Original Sin / Mother』より、'Original Sin'のMVを公開！
The New Evesは Kate Mager, Ella Russell, Nina Winder-Lind, Violet Farrerの4人組。2021年結成で、それぞれ画家、ダンサー、作家、写真家として活躍しており、街のDIY・インディペンデントなシーンで繋がり合ってるのが良いですよね。
すでにロンドンやブリストルを巡るツアーや、M(h)aol, Opus Kink, Junior Brother, Widowspeakのサポートを務めてます。
そして、『Slow Dance ‘22』参加バンド。重要なプロフィールはこれだけで十分。
何度もしつこいくらい書いてますが、ここの年イチで出してるレーベルコンピは本当に最高なので、現行の局地的なインディーを知りたい人はチェックすることをおすすめします。今年分だけでも、Alien Chicks, Me, Charlesといった最高のニューカマーを記事にしてたりしますのでぜひ。
