ニュージャージー州アズベリーパーク拠点のパンクロックバンド Teenage Halloweenが、8/30にDon Giovanni Recordsからリリースしたニューシングル 'Getting Bitter'のMVを公開！

Teenage Halloweenは Luk Henderiks, Eli Frank, Tricia Marshall, Peter Garganoの4人組。
2020年にデビューアルバムを発表し、翌年以降は Algernon Cadwallader, Chris Farren, Good Riddance, Say Anythingなどと共演してます。
'Getting Bitter'は10/20発売のニューアルバム『Till You Return』収録曲で、プロデュースは Joe Reinhart (Hop Along, Beach Bunny, Joyce Manor)が担当。
アルバム曲でよくある、メインボーカルじゃない人がボーカルをするパターンのやつです。これがめっちゃ良くて、The Muffs, Sincere Engineer辺りが好きな人におすすめ。

You've offered them all kinds of help in the past -- emotional support, financial support, what have you -- and realize that your help is fruitless without them first wanting to help themselves. And because you care for and love this person, you want to continue the support, but a bitter edge develops as they continue their self-destructive path. You grow somewhat resentful of this person who takes family and sobriety for granted, when in reality it's not entirely their fault, so you're left in an uncomfortable crossroad.” - Tricia Marshall
