4/30発売のEP『Adesso』収録曲。
共同作曲・プロデュースは Chris Coady (Yeah Yeah Yeahs, TV on the Radio, Beach House)。
“‘Grin’ at its core is imposter syndrome and self doubt. The idea that no matter how much effort I put into anything I will never be good enough. This song explores that constant fear and the facade of what confidence can be. Ending with the realization and determination to let it all go.”
'Grin'は、本質的にはインポスター症候群と自己疑念を描いた曲です。どれだけ努力しても、決して十分にはなれないという感覚。その絶え間ない恐れと、自信というものが持つ見せかけを探求しています。そして最後には、それらをすべて手放そうとする気づきと決意へとたどり着きます。
