Sonic Blume、'Rocky & I'のMVを公開

ニュージャージー州アズベリーパーク出身のインディーロックバンド Sonic Blumeが、昨年11月にリリースしたアルバム『All Your Favorite Songs』より、'Rocky & I'のMVを公開！

“Rocky & I was the first song we wrote for this project, and also the first one we recorded. The song is about the feelings of teenage love/lust, salad days and naivety. For me, it’s also about ephemeral euphoria, and for that period of time just completely blocking out and forgetting about everything else in the world. 'Rocky & I' has also become one of our favorites to play live. We started playing this song live roughly around a year before we released it, and it immediately became one people seem to really respond positively to. It’s been a fun song to open up sets with to sort of set the tone, and get us and the audience feeling good.”

'Rocky & I'は、このプロジェクトのために書いた最初の曲で、最初にレコーディングした曲でもある。この曲は、10代の愛と欲望、青春時代と純真さについて歌っている。私にとっては、刹那的な多幸感、そしてその期間だけ完全に遮断され、世界の他のすべてを忘れることについても歌っている。'Rocky & I'は、ライブで演奏するお気に入りの曲のひとつにもなっている。この曲をリリースする1年ほど前からライブで演奏するようになったが、すぐにみんなが好意的に反応してくれる曲になった。この曲でセットのオープニングを飾るのはとても楽しい。
