Scarlet Drive、'If I Knew Your Name'を公開

オーストラリア/パース拠点のインディーポップバンド Scarlet Driveが、11/4にリリースしたニューシングル 'If I Knew Your Name'を公開！

Scarlet Driveは Michael ‘Milli’ Millimaci, Michael ‘Barry’ Madafferi, Sebastian Fazzari, Liam Cullingの4人組。

2017年にデビューシングル、翌年にデビューEP『Echoes Of Apprehension』を発表し、Windswell, Surf Shop Cops, King Mantisらと共演してます。

前回ののシングルから1年以上振りの新曲で、プロデュース・ミックスは Dave Parkin (Spacey Jane, Sly Withers)、マスタリングは Joe Carraが担当。

瑞々しいメロディーと弾けるような演奏が素晴らしい。南半球はこれから夏に向かっていくんだなー。

“If I Knew Your Name is a song that’s been bouncing around in our heads for a while now, driven by the casual conversations with strangers at small house parties and bars buzzing with anticipation,” “We felt like we couldn’t quite crack the balance between the chorus and verse, up until this year when with all of us finally back here in Western Australia, everything just seemed to fall into place.
