Sam Eagle、'If You Miss Me'を公開

イングランド/エセックス州出身のシンガーソングライター Sam Eagleが、11/28にリリースしたニューシングル 'If You Miss Me'を公開！

2/21発売のEP『Life Goes On』収録曲。

Kings of Convenienceの Eirik Glambek Bøeとコラボした10月のシングル 'I Never Thought'。そりゃ最高に決まってるけど、じゃあ個人の曲はどうなのかってところで、バチコーンと当てることができる人。

“The lyric ‘if you miss me, you make it look so easy’ really sums up the song. Missing someone is a powerful feeling, and here it’s delivered through the lyrics and vocals, supported by pure, simple instrumentation. We recorded the vocals outside on a gentle day on an estuary in Suffolk - you can hear birdsong and the occasional chug of boats at Felixstowe docks. I wanted the words to feel mindful, to place you in a single moment in time: ‘your hand pressed against me, I still feel it there.’ It’s about the strange feeling of missing someone who doesn’t appear to return that feeling - although that’s not to say they don’t, of course.”
