オーストラリア/ニューカッスル拠点のインディーポップバンド Rum Jungleが、2/6にSureshakerからリリースしたニューシングル 'Back Home'を公開！
昨年後半は Hockey Dad, Ruby Fieldsと共演し、バイロンベイの年またぎフェス Falls Festivalに出演した注目アクト。
昨年のEPが印象的だったバンドの新曲は、制作に Jack Nigro (The Terry’s)が参加しており、年内発売予定のEPに収録予定とのこと。
“It’s about when your nights coming to an end and nothing seems to be going your way. You’ve got lords chasing your change, people after favours and you’ve lost some of your belongings. Even though it seems like everything’s gone wrong, you’ve got to laugh at what’s happening and enjoy the moment because after a while, it’s a good story that comes from it.”
夜が更け、何もかもが思い通りにいかなくなった時の話です。お釣りを狙われたり、人に好意を持たれたり、持ち物を失ったり。すべてがうまくいかないように見えても、起こっていることを笑って、その瞬間を楽しまなければならない、しばらくすると、そこからいい物語が生まれるから。
