イングランド/ロンドン拠点のガレージパンクバンド Nothingheadsが、7/12にSister 9 Recordingsからリリースしたニューシングル 'Blind Spot'を公開！
11/8発売のデビューアルバム『The Art of Sod』収録曲。
昨年のEP『Sunlit Uplands』からメンバーが一人増えて4人組として活動してる注目バンド。PiLとThee Oh Seesを組み合わせたような荒々しいサウンドが最高です。
“We wanted to write something that expressed the sadomasochistic satisfaction of anger outbursts. Akin to walking into a door frame and trying to make sense of the news, slightly painful, no idea who to blame and somewhat confusing.”
怒りが爆発したときのサドマゾ的な満足感を表現するものを書きたかった。ドア枠にぶつかり、ニュースの意味を理解しようとするようなもので、少し痛々しく、誰を責めるべきか分からず、どこか混乱している。
