Nitecap、'Long Haul'を公開

コロラド州デンバー拠点のネオソウルバンド Nitecapが、3/7にPerception Recordsからリリースしたニューシングル 'Long Haul'を公開！

Nitecapは Adam Deitch (Lettuce), Joshua Fairman (SunSquabi, Analog Son), Ian Gilley (DIASTRATA, Flamingosis Live Band), Drew Birch (DIASTRATA, Flamingosis Live Band)の4人組。

前述の()内を見て分かる通り、ソウル・ジャズファンク・フュージョン周辺ジャンルで活躍するトップミュージシャンが集まったスーパーグループです。特に Adam Deitchといえば、John Scofieldの作品などでもおなじみの人ですね。

'Long Haul'は4/4発売のデビューアルバム『Things of That Nature』収録曲で、ボーカルにはなんと Jarrod Lawsonが参加。連れて来る人も激強ですね。
