カナダ出身のフォークロックバンド Nick Stone & The Gemsが、2/14にStone N The Blowoutsからリリースしたニューシングル 'Behind Closed Doors'のセッション映像を公開！
Nick Stone & The Gemsは、インディーロックアーティストとして活動する Nick Stoneに、The Gemsとして共同作曲の Colton Legree, John Andrew, Tanner Reid, Thomas Riedl, Nate Fromsonが参加する6人組。
60's~70'sのローレル・キャニオンの雰囲気を纏った心地よいサウンド。4月から Blu Beach Bandとの共同ツアーを始めるとのこと。
“Being in love inevitably comes with its trials, but as they say nothing good comes easy. "Behind Closed Doors" is about the struggles we may face throughout an intimate relationship, the serenity that comes with pushing through and having faith, and allowing the light at the end of the tunnel to illuminate all the reasons why you got together in the first place.”
恋に落ちることは、避けられない試練を伴うもの。それでも「良いものほど簡単には手に入らない」と言われるように、'Behind Closed Doors'は親密な関係の中で直面する困難、信じて乗り越えることで得られる安らぎ、そしてトンネルの先に差し込む光が、なぜ二人が一緒になったのかを思い出させてくれる瞬間について描いた楽曲です。
