イングランド/リーズ拠点のシンガーソングライター Michael B Thomasが、8/17にBam Bam Recordsからリリースしたデビューシングル 'August'を公開！
The Magic Gang, Honey Moonなど数多くのバンドと共演してきたインディーロックバンド Party Hardlyの Thomas Barrによるソロプロジェクト。
Bam Bam Recordsは同郷のバンド EADESのフロントマン Harry Jordanが運営するレーベルで、今作の共同プロデュースは Harry Jordan, Dan Clifford-Smith、バッキングボーカルには Bored At My Grandmas Houseが参加してます。
バンドのときのキャッチーなメロディはそのまま、ベッドルーム感のあるインディーフォークに落とし込んださすがの一曲。
