オーストラリア/シドニー出身ロンドン拠点のインディーロックバンド Howling Bellsが、10/23にNudeからリリースしたニューシングル 'Heavy Lifting'のMVを公開！
ディレクターは Orlando Cubitt。
2004年に前身バンドから改名して結成し、2006年のデビューアルバムで成功を収めると、Coldplayのスタジアム公演でサポートアクトを務めるなど、華々しい活躍をみせてきたバンドです。
'Heavy Lifting'は2/13発売のニューアルバム『Strange Life』収録曲。
バンドとしては2014年の『Heartstrings』以来となるアルバム。ただ、ソロとしても素晴らしいキャリアを歩むフロントウーマン Juanita Steinの、2024年作『The Weightless Hour』からの流れを汲んでいるようにも聴こえるので、以下の記事も合わせてどうぞ。
