オーストラリア/メルボルン拠点のインディーロックバンド GLOBが、4/19にBad Friendsからリリースしたニューシングル 'Moriarty'のMVを公開！
ディレクターは Thomas James, Lily Sawenko。
プロデュース・ミックスは Michael Badger (King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard, Amyl and the Sniffers)、マスタリングは Steve Smart (King Stingray)。
昨年頃から話には出てきてるデビューアルバムがいよいよ年内発売予定とのことで忙しくなるでしょうね。良いバンドです。
“Inspired by Jack Kerouac's 'On The Road', Moriarty is an homage to “the mad ones". Written following the passing of a friend, Moriarty is a meditation on and celebration of those rare souls who are “mad to live, mad to talk, mad to be saved”.”
ジャック・ケルアックの『路上』にインスパイアされた'Moriarty'は、作中のいかれた連中へのオマージュである。友人の死をきっかけに書かれた'Moriarty'は、「生きることに狂い、語ることに狂い、救われることに狂う」稀有な魂への瞑想であり賛美である。
