1/19発売予定のデビューEP収録曲で、レコーディング・プロデュースは Andy Savours (My Bloody Valentine, Black Country New Road, Sorry)。
9月のシングル 'I'm Bored, Give Me Love'に続いて良いです。
“‘Glances In The Dark’ began as an old demo from ages ago that I stumbled upon earlier this year. It originally sounded too much like a Sonic Youth B-side – faster, heavier and less nuanced than it is now. During a creative lull, I decided to revisit it, drawing a lot of inspiration from Alex G. However, as we started playing it live, 'Glances' took on a sound that's now distinctly ours.” - Rory O’Rourke
'Glances In The Dark'は、今年初めに偶然見つけた何年も前の古いデモから始まった。元々はSonic YouthのB面のようなサウンドで、今よりも速く、重く、ニュアンスが薄かったんだ。創作の休止期間中に、Alex Gから多くのインスピレーションを受けながら、この曲を見直すことにした。しかし、ライブで演奏し始めると、'Glances'は今や私たち独自のサウンドを持つようになった。 - Rory O’Rourke
