5/16発売のデビューEP『A Place Called Home』収録曲。
プロデュースは Lee Drinkall (FEVER, LIFE)が務め、ミックスは Pat Pretorius (Vulgarians, The Talks)、マスタリングは Pete Maher (U2, Jack White)が担当。
ポストパンクからゴスロックへ接近しているような変遷を含めて The Cultに近いものを感じます。

歌詞を最初に読み返したときは、少し混乱していて支離滅裂に感じた。でも、それが当時の自分の心境だったんだ。頭の中がごちゃごちゃで、考えに集中できていなかった。些細な問題を深く考えすぎて、大げさに捉えてしまう。まるで自分で新しい現実を作り出してしまうような感覚だった。だからこそ、自分自身をしっかりコントロールして、何が起こっているのかを冷静に整理する必要がある。この曲は、まさにそのプロセスを探求したものなんだ。
