カナダ/オタワ拠点のインディーポップバンド dad sportsが、11/17にGrand Jury Musicからリリースしたニューシングル 'gf haircut'のMVを公開！

dad sportsは Miguel Plante, Keith McDonald, Alex Keyesの3人組。ファニーで人懐っこい雰囲気と、プロデュース＋ミックスは自分たちでやる職人気質なところが共存してて素敵です。
Grand Jury (Twin Peaks, Hippo Campus, Samia)との契約と共に発表した5月のシングル 'name & place'から良曲が続いてます。今回は隠し味風に装ってるEMOの要素をもっと前面に押し出した曲も聴いてみたいな。
“Alex & I were hanging in our basement while rocking haircuts that our exes gave us when we came up with the idea for the song. It's about how those haircuts outlasted the relationships lol. The original plan was to cut our actual hair in the vid but we all shaved our heads during the summer so we just got some funny wigs instead.” - Miguel Plante
