イングランド/ハル拠点のソングライター Brodie Milnerが、2/15にリリースしたニューシングル 'hedonist'を公開！
これまでに BC Camplight, Katy J Pearson, Seafretのサポートを務め、Live at Leeds, Humber Street Sesh, Tramlinesなどのフェスに出演したニューカマーです。
'hedonist'は5/26発売のデビューEP『Tragicomedy』収録曲で、ドラムに同郷のバンド LIFEの Stew Baxterが参加してます。

He appears here stumbling through a chemically-fuelled quarter life crisis, quickly spiralling toward an inevitable and ugly end whilst insisting that he ‘feels so much better now.’ We, of course, know differently…” - Brodie Milner
'Hedonist'は、ウィリアム・S・バロウズの「裸のランチ」に登場するような語り手の視点で書かれている。彼は、化学物質によって引き起こされた四半世紀の危機の中でつまずき、「今はとても気分がいい」と主張しながらも、避けられない醜い結末に向かって急速にスパイラルしているように見える。もちろん、私たちはそうではないことを知っているのだが...。 - Brodie Milner
