スウェーデン出身のポストパンクバンド Alpha Petが、4/25にRama Lama Recordsからリリースしたニューシングル 'Numbers Wrong'を公開！
Alpha Petは Rocky Åberg, Erik Björklund, Joakim Almén, Patrik Eklundの4人組。
ex-Cat Princess, Delsbo Beach Clubのメンバーが在籍するバンド。
バンドを解散して暇なときに遊びで IDLESや Bronchoのカバーを始めて、すぐにお気に入りの The Clashをやり始めたら自分の曲を作りたくなって本格的に活動開始...っていう一番ベタで瑞々しい創作意欲を前述のキャリアがありながら持ち続けているのが最高。

'Numbers Wrong'は、ロック・ソングをできるだけストレートに書き、シンプルさの中にマジックを見出そうとする試みだ。リリックもストレートだ。お金は問題ではないはずなのに、「普通」を演じていたり、一文無しだったりする人について歌っている。今、彼らは家族に電話して、彼らが巻き込まれた問題を解決するには、あまりに間抜けか、めちゃくちゃかのどちらかだ。 - Rocky Åberg
