デンマーク/コペンハーゲン拠点のインディーロックデュオ Howl Baby Howlが、1/3にMidnight Confessionsからリリースしたニューシングル 'Basham'を公開！
Howl Baby Howlは Jeppe Brix, Silas Tinglefの2人組。
2008年にデビューアルバム『There's No Team in Fuck You』、その後2枚のアルバムと複数のEPを発表し、The Raveonettes, Trentemøller, The Asteroids Galaxy Tour, Kira Skovらと共演。

Basham started with us messing around with a bass groove in Silas’s small shed last winter. We explored different vibes and suddenly went waaay deeper than we’d originally planned. One of those days, you could say. To lighten things up, we quickly came up with this bright, positive chorus, which created a nice contrast and tension between the different moods in the song. I heard this interview with Damon Albarn where he explained this songwriting dogma he used, referencing a quote from Mary Poppins: "A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down." It’s kind of the same idea we applied to this track. Thanks, Damon!
